More security in direct marketing.

Handling customers’ knowledge and private information requires fairness, respect and trust from everyone. Our day-to-day business demands that we treat all information with the utmost discretion and guarantee that no sensitive data is communicated to external parties.
In order to emphasise this aspect, KünzlerBachmann Directmarketing has striven for and attained the data protection seal of quality GoodPriv@cy® and certification in accordance with ISO 9001:2000. As a consequence, we have undertaken to meet the justifiably high demands imposed by today’s data protection legislation.

Our quality and data protection management system applies to KünzlerBachmann Directmarketing AG as a whole together with all of its employees and processes. The management ensures that we comply with the relevant data protection requirements as stipulated in the Swiss Data Protection Act, the Swiss Data Protection Ordinance and the honour code of the Swiss Direct Marketing Association. In addition, we strictly observe our customers’ instructions.

Our employees are trained and instructed to observe data protection guidelines under all circumstances. We are therefore able to guarantee data protection, security of information and continual improvement of our management system at all employee levels.

As part of our duty of care, we refuse to accept, process and/or dispatch any mailings which have illegal or contestable contents. We implement this policy as soon as we are made aware of the illegality of such mailings, either by an internal or external party, or when this becomes evident from the mailings themselves.
We always know who the sender is in the case of address orders from ch-privat®. We enquire about the customer in the case of orders received via agencies or list brokers. We respect the wishes of consumers who do not wish to receive mailings. In particular, we do not write to anyone on the Robinson list.
